The pig farm blister manure process originated in Denmark, Europe, and quickly became popular among large, medium, and small pig farms in China due to its unique manure treatment method. Pig farm blister manure drain valves, also known as leak manure valves, are commonly made of PE raw materials using ultrasonic butt welding or blow molding process. However, valves made by ultrasonic butt welding have better overall performance. The working principle of the leak manure valve is to connect to the blister manure sewage pipe. Common sizes include DN200, DN250, and DN315. By inserting the valve into the blister manure discharge pipe, manure removal becomes a convenient and hassle-free process, requiring only the lifting of the valve.

To store manure water and other liquids produced during the production process, it is recommended to construct a septic tank for the leakage floor that is 40-60 cm deep. The recommended storage period is two weeks. Due to variations in the proportion of fecal solids and liquids produced in different pig houses, it is advisable to build isolation and separation tanks to separate different pig houses based on the recommended areas.

To discharge the manure water, pull up the drain valve, starting with the sewage valve located farthest from the reservoir. Each discharge typically takes only 2-3 minutes. It is not recommended to discharge simultaneously, as this may cause the manure of different pig houses to flow backwards due to gas in the pipe. Discharge every 14 days to minimize the harmful gases in the pig house, which is conducive to the health of the pig herd.
